Healthy yogurt places are popping up all over DFW, but I have found my favorite! "I Heart Yogurt," just opened in the Preston/Royal Shopping center and it is AWESOME!!! You get to build your own sundae!!!
k...here is the concept....
Start at the yogurt wall and choose any flavor or flavors you want! They have 12 flavors in all...my favorite was the cookies 'n cream. Once you have your yogurt then head on over to the all organic fruit bar and start piling on the fruit! Finally, I saved the best for last...the candy bar. They had everything sprinkles, oreos, captain crunch, and gummy bears.
Once you are done...just put your creation on the scale and pay...they charge 40 cent an ounce! I heard they are opening up 3 more I Heart Yogurts in DFW soon!
